Let BCC Planning Inc work with you to decide on the right fundraising event (golf tournament? gala ball on campus? luncheon? plated served dinner with guest speaker? cookout at a ranch?) and then let us find the right location, negotiate your contracts (event space, caterer, audio visual) and handle final billing reconciliation. We have worked with some of the best caterers and have a contact list to meet every budget. We can even work with you on sponsorships and grant writing. We’ve done events at museums, zoos, historic buildings, gardens and ship yards, just to name a few.
